REturn and refund policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with our decision.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. only if their delivery packaging has not be opened or wrong product delivered.please notify us and return the box in its original packaging in such instances.we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

If the refund is approved we will refund the amount back to the credit card which was used to purchase the same item. If you require special handling of your refund process please contact us.


We process refunds within 2-4 business days, once processed it might take 15- 20 business days to be reflected on your account depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchange is only limited to damaged or defective items.

If your product was received damaged during transit, please contact us and we will give you the option to refund in full or replace the item for free.

Please make sure to send us the evidence (photo or video) of the damaged product in order to process your request correctly.

Damaged items reporting is only allowed within 3 days of receiving your product. If you forgot to report a damaged item past 3 days of delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
